[Yele Haiti] paid Zakia Khatou-Chevassus $105,000 as an independent contractor in 2008 for "program development." That amounts to roughly one-third of all the money Yele spent that year on management and general expenses.
According to several sources YELE has been supporting this woman (Wyclef's other woman)...
